About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Experiential Marketing to build and run experiential strategies that bring consumer brands to life. You will develop activation concepts, manage the teams delivering them and work with clients and agency partners. The role translates brand thinking into experiences consumers can touch, try and talk about.

What you'll do

  • Develop experiential strategies grounded in consumer insight and each brand's communication goals.
  • Create activation concepts and refine them with creative and production colleagues.
  • Manage activation delivery across formats such as sampling, pop-ups, mall events and launches.
  • Guide the experiential team, reviewing plans and supporting execution on key activations.
  • Prepare business plans and cost estimates for experiential programmes.
  • Report results to clients, combining data, consumer feedback and lessons for future work.

What you'll bring

  • 8–12 years of experience in experiential marketing, activation or advertising.
  • An MBA or PGDM, with a firm grounding in consumer marketing.
  • Strong conceptual thinking matched with practical activation knowledge.
  • Experience managing clients and internal teams at the same time.
  • Clear presentation and storytelling skills for client meetings and pitches.

Good to have

  • Prior experience in advertising or consumer brand marketing.
  • Familiarity with integrating digital and social elements into activations.
  • Exposure to category-specific consumer research and insight work.
