About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Real Estate Sales to turn project revenue goals into a working sales engine of people and partners. You will translate business goals into workable plans, keep channel partners productive and make sure every salesperson knows what good looks like. Senior leadership will rely on your numbers and your read of the market.
What you'll do
- Break project revenue goals down into clear plans for each part of the sales team and each channel.
- Hold regular performance reviews with the sales team and agree corrective steps where results slip.
- Recruit, activate and review channel partners so their walk-ins convert into genuine customers.
- Watch bookings, realisation and unsold inventory together, flagging where pricing or offers need a rethink.
- Coach the team on handling large negotiations and difficult buyers, joining crucial closings yourself.
- Give senior stakeholders an honest forecast and the reasoning behind every recommendation.
What you'll bring
- 8–13 years of experience in real estate sales, with clear responsibility for teams and channel networks.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Demonstrable results in customer acquisition through both direct and partner-driven sales.
- Comfort with the arithmetic of pricing, inventory and revenue across a project.
- The standing to hold firm, credible conversations with senior management and partners.
Good to have
- Previous involvement in planning and running project launches.
- Familiarity with real estate regulatory requirements that affect how sales are made.
- Exposure to designing coaching or capability programmes for sales staff.
