About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Property Sales Executive who already knows how to close and is ready for the harder deals. Expect the buyers who ask the most questions, compare the most projects and negotiate the longest. Newer colleagues will also watch how you work, so your habits quietly become their standard.
What you'll do
- Carry a personal book of property prospects and decide which ones deserve attention first.
- Tailor each walkthrough to what a particular buyer cares about, whether views, layout or resale value.
- Work through price and terms within approved limits, and know when to bring in a senior.
- Take on the sceptical, well-researched buyers whom others find difficult to convert.
- Let newer executives sit in on your meetings and talk them through why you handled things as you did.
- Review every deal you lose to understand what would have changed the outcome.
What you'll bring
- 2–5 years of experience in property or direct sales with a record of closed deals.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, with relevant experience considered for some assignments.
- Closing ability proven on real property transactions rather than only on simple products.
- Lead discipline that keeps every prospect warm without any reminders from anyone else.
- Patience and poise with indecisive buyers over a long consideration period.
Good to have
- Prior property sales experience in the real estate sector at a senior executive level.
- Familiarity with the home loan and documentation steps buyers go through.
- Exposure to converting buyers introduced by channel partners.
