About the role

One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Site Sales Manager to be accountable for everything a buyer experiences at a project, from the first handshake to the booking form. You will decide how the site sells, back your executives in the moments that count and make sure construction and CRM colleagues keep their promises to buyers. Results here are visible daily, and so is your judgement.

What you'll do

  • Decide how each visiting day is staffed and how walk-ins, scheduled visits and partner visits are shared out.
  • Watch presentations and closings, then give executives specific, same-day feedback they can use.
  • Take over negotiations that stall and protect relationships with high-value buyers.
  • Hold construction and CRM colleagues to agreed standards for show units, safety and buyer updates.
  • Generate fresh demand through referral drives and outreach in the neighbourhood around the project.
  • Compare visit, conversion and feedback figures regularly and change whatever is not working.

What you'll bring

  • 3–7 years of experience in real estate sales, including time owning results at a site or project.
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline, or relevant experience where an assignment permits.
  • Natural authority with executives and a habit of coaching rather than simply instructing.
  • Negotiation instincts sharp enough to rescue deals that are close to slipping away.
  • Firmness in getting other departments to act on buyer-facing commitments.

Good to have

  • Background in opening a new site or sales gallery for a project launch.
  • Familiarity with construction progress reporting and how buyers interpret it.
  • Exposure to handling channel partner visits during peak periods.
