About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Supply Chain Manager – E-commerce to keep the right stock in the right place for online orders. You will own inventory planning, fulfilment and logistics, manage the supply chain team and plan improvements that protect both availability and cost.
What you'll do
- Plan inventory across warehouses and channels using demand forecasts, sales trends and event calendars.
- Manage stock health, reducing out-of-stocks and ageing inventory at the same time.
- Coordinate fulfilment and logistics partners so orders ship on schedule and returns flow back smoothly.
- Manage the supply chain team, assigning clear ownership and reviewing performance regularly.
- Build supply chain business plans and budgets aligned with sales and category priorities.
- Work with suppliers, category teams and key clients to resolve availability issues quickly.
What you'll bring
- 7–11 years of experience in supply chain, inventory planning or e-commerce logistics.
- A postgraduate qualification in management, namely an MBA or PGDM.
- Strong inventory planning and analytical skills, including forecasting.
- Experience managing teams and holding logistics partners to service standards.
- Practical business planning and calm problem-solving when supply is disrupted.
Good to have
- Exposure to demand forecasting and inventory planning systems.
- Familiarity with marketplace fulfilment programmes and their requirements.
- Prior experience in the e-commerce sector across multiple warehouses.
