About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Wedding Events Manager to plan and deliver luxury weddings from the first meeting to the final farewell. You will guide families through decisions, manage vendors and head the team that brings each celebration together. The role is built on trust, as clients rely on you during one of the most important moments of their lives.
What you'll do
- Run planning meetings with couples and families to understand vision, traditions and priorities.
- Build complete wedding plans covering venues, décor, cuisine, entertainment and guest hospitality.
- Select and manage vendors, negotiating terms and holding them to quality standards.
- Service clients through regular updates, budget reviews and decision support.
- Direct the wedding team across all functions and ceremonies, assigning clear responsibilities.
- Contribute to business planning by pricing packages and spotting recurring client needs.
What you'll bring
- 6–10 years of experience planning and managing weddings or luxury social events.
- A graduate degree, combined with a deep understanding of wedding planning.
- A strong vendor network, or proven skill in building one quickly.
- Client servicing with empathy, patience and clear boundaries.
- Team management and budgeting experience on complex celebrations.
Good to have
- Prior experience in the luxury weddings or hospitality sector.
- Exposure to destination weddings and the logistics of multi-venue celebrations.
- Familiarity with diverse wedding traditions and their specific requirements.
