About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Community Outreach Executive to build connections with schools and local communities. You will carry out field outreach, engage school leaders and families, and follow up so that relationships stay active and programmes keep moving.
What you'll do
- Visit schools and community groups to introduce programmes and invite their participation.
- Build relationships with principals, teachers and community leaders through regular contact.
- Organise outreach meetings, awareness sessions and school events with local partners.
- Record outreach visits, contacts made and responses received accurately and on time.
- Follow up with schools and families on enrolment, participation or next steps as required.
- Share field observations with the programme team to improve future outreach.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in community outreach, field work or school engagement; freshers are welcome.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- Warm, respectful communication with people from many different backgrounds.
- Willingness to carry out regular field visits to schools and neighbourhoods.
- Organised record-keeping and consistent follow-up with every contact.
Good to have
- Prior experience with an NGO or social sector organisation.
- Exposure to education programmes run in partnership with schools.
- Familiarity with community mobilisation methods and local networks.
