Management Trainee

Role Purpose

The Management Trainee will receive cross-functional exposure to the organisation and work closely with management on business operations, marketing, outreach, sales, HR, research, partnerships and special projects.

This role is intended for individuals who demonstrate strong learning ability, initiative and potential for future managerial responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist management with business and strategic initiatives.
• Support planning and execution of new projects.
• Conduct market, competitor and industry research.
• Prepare reports, presentations, trackers and business documents.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support marketing, outreach, sales and partnership initiatives.
• Assist in developing processes and SOPs.
• Track assigned projects and deadlines.
• Participate in meetings and maintain action points.
• Follow up with relevant team members.
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements.
• Support HumanConnect and HappinessCue initiatives.
• Handle special projects assigned by management.
• Gradually assume independent responsibility for projects.
