About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Volunteer Engagement Executive to recruit, support and keep volunteers engaged with community programmes. You will coordinate volunteer activities, keep records and help volunteers make a real contribution in the field.
What you'll do
- Reach out to colleges, community groups and partners to recruit new volunteers.
- Onboard volunteers by explaining programmes, expectations and safeguarding guidelines.
- Match volunteers to field activities based on their skills, interests and availability.
- Maintain volunteer records, participation logs and feedback in an organised way.
- Organise volunteer meet-ups, recognition moments and feedback sessions.
- Follow up with inactive volunteers to understand their concerns and re-engage them.
What you'll bring
- 0–3 years of experience in volunteer coordination, community outreach or event support; freshers are welcome.
- A graduate degree in any discipline; relevant experience or demonstrated skills are preferred.
- Friendly, encouraging communication with people of different ages and backgrounds.
- Good organisation and reliable documentation of volunteer activity.
- Willingness to join volunteers in the field when needed.
Good to have
- Personal experience as a volunteer with a social cause.
- Exposure to the NGO or social services sector.
- Familiarity with planning community events and group activities.
