About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Fashion PR & Communications Manager to manage press and customer communications in a luxury and fashion retail setting. You will build relationships that raise the brand's profile and connect communication with customer engagement and sales in stores. Coverage counts most when it brings the right customers through the door.
What you'll do
- Plan PR and communications activity around collections, launches and store events.
- Build relationships with fashion media, stylists and other industry contacts.
- Coordinate clienteling communications with store teams to engage key customers.
- Ensure in-store communications reflect retail operations realities and brand standards.
- Track coverage, customer response and sales linked to PR activity.
- Prepare press materials, lookbooks and brand messages for each season.
What you'll bring
- 4–8 years of experience in fashion PR, luxury communications or retail marketing.
- A graduate degree or an MBA in a relevant subject.
- Strong relationship management with media contacts and valued customers.
- Polished written and verbal communication suited to a luxury audience.
- An understanding of how communication supports retail sales and clienteling.
Good to have
- Exposure to stylist or celebrity gifting programmes for collections.
- Familiarity with clienteling practices used in luxury retail stores.
- Prior experience in the luxury or fashion sector.
