About the role
One of our prestigious clients is hiring a Senior Manager – Corporate Communications to run its corporate communication programmes and advise leaders on speaking to key audiences. You will direct campaigns, guide a team and keep messaging consistent.
What you'll do
- Turn the corporate communications strategy into annual plans with clear campaigns, owners and measures.
- Manage corporate campaigns such as results announcements, leadership messages and reputation initiatives.
- Draft and approve speeches, statements and briefing notes for senior leaders.
- Coordinate with marketing, HR and business teams so external and internal messages align.
- Lead the communications function, setting priorities and reviewing the work it produces.
- Report on campaign performance using analytics and recommend adjustments to leadership.
What you'll bring
- 8–12 years of experience in corporate communications, PR or related work.
- A graduate or postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
- Strong writing and editing for senior leadership audiences.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management and annual communications planning.
- Ability to guide a team and manage demanding stakeholders with diplomacy.
Good to have
- Exposure to marketing strategy and integrated brand campaigns.
- Familiarity with communications measurement, analytics dashboards and reporting to leadership.
- Experience preparing leaders for media interviews and public speaking engagements.
